Ed has over 40 years of experience in senior management positions with independent resorts and major brands, including Westin, Sheraton, Hilton, Marriott, Curio by Hilton, Preferred Hotels, Embassy Suites, Holiday Inn, Radisson and Doubletree. His experience ranges from boutique independent hotels, multiple property management to large complicated assets with convention centers in both urban and resort settings.
Ed’s expertise includes Operations Management, Financial Management, Associate Relations, Customer Service, Sales Production, Event Management, Revenue Management, Property Transitions, Renovations and Branding. His track record of outstanding servant leadership, strategic thinking and execution in complex hotel and resort environments, earned him many community awards as outstanding leader for the industry. Ed brings a balanced approach to all phases of hotel operations with a focus on driving brand and real estate value for the owners.

Andrew earned his PhD from University of Central Florida’s Rosen College of Hospitality Management in 2009.
